Originally known as Passage Island or San Ildefonso Island, Culebra is only 22.5 nautical miles East of the port of Fajardo. It is known internationally for its natural beauties, offering 10 beaches, 4 forests, 8 bays, 4 lagoons and 24 keys. By Air...
Culebra has 2 airlines operating from the Fernando L. Ribas Dominicci, Isla Grande Airport, located at the Puerto Rico Convention District in San Juan and the Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport, located in Ceiba.
By Sea...There are different ways to travel by sea to Culebra. The most common
method of transportation is the ferry from the Port of Fajardo. The cost
of the ticket is $2.25 including one bag.
